Sculpt is a total body workout, set to up-tempo, fun music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group.
These classes are heated to 80 degrees to boost students’ metabolisms and push their strength and flexibility to new heights.
We add free weights to create resistance and intensify each pose and incorporate strength-training exercises like squats, lunges, bicep and tricep curls.
